¡TP está en búsqueda de un Desktop Support Analyst II Bilingüe !

Si eres un apasionado por la tecnología y quieres formar parte de una compañía global, ¡esta es tu oportunidad! Serás responsable de gestionar las incidencias y solicitudes a través de la Vicepresidencia de IT, garantizando soporte técnico de primer y segundo nivel con la mejor calidad, servicio y oportunidad.

Requisitos / Calificaciones

  • Modalidad Presencial (Bogotá, Medellín o Barranquilla)
  • Salario competitivo
  • Oportunidades de crecimiento en un ambiente global
  • Residir en Bogotá, Medellín o Barranquilla
  • Tecnólogo o Profesional en Electrónica, Telecomunicaciones, Sistemas o afines
  • 1 año de experiencia en cargos similares.

    (Preferible en el sector IT)
  • Conocimientos en Networking (Redes LAN/WAN), diagnóstico de hardware, VoIP, Windows/OS X/Linux, Citrix, VmWare
  • Documentación y estandarización de procesos

Responsabilidades

  • Gestión de tareas masivas (crecimientos, traslados, desmontes) siguiendo programación y tiempos.

  • Ser el punto principal de contacto para incidentes y solicitudes a través de Service Now, correo y celular corporativo.

  • Configuración y soporte técnico en hardware y software, asegurando SLA’s y altos estándares de calidad.

  • Garantizar el funcionamiento óptimo de salas de capacitación y reunión.

  • Acompañar y documentar pruebas de nuevos servicios y proyectos de infraestructura IT.
