  • Proporcionar soporte técnico y funcional a los clientes en relación con los productos tecnológicos de la empresa.
  • Colaborar con los equipos internos para resolver problemas y optimizar la experiencia del cliente.
  • Realizar capacitaciones a los usuarios para garantizar el correcto uso de las soluciones tecnológicas.
  • Participar en la implementación y seguimiento de nuevos productos para los clientes.
  • Identificar oportunidades de mejora en los procesos y herramientas utilizadas por los clientes.
  • Actuar como enlace entre los clientes y los equipos de desarrollo para comunicar requerimientos y actualizaciones.
  • Preparar reportes y análisis sobre el desempeño de los productos desde la perspectiva del cliente.
  • Garantizar la satisfacción del cliente mediante un servicio oportuno y de calidad.
