Objetivo del cargo:

Este puesto de soporte de nivel experto es responsable de realizar tareas de trabajo complejas y variadas que son altamente especializadas y requieren un conocimiento profundo de su área específica.

Los ocupantes de este puesto deben revisar e interpretar términos contractuales complejos y/o directrices regulatorias dentro de su área de especialización.

Frecuentemente realizarán cálculos matemáticos complicados y generalmente serán expertos en sistemas internos relevantes.

Puede tener responsabilidades específicas de coordinación de procesos o programas como parte de su rutina habitual.

Principales Responsabilidades:

  1. Dar soporte al cliente respecto a consultas sobre productos, servicios, costos e información.

  2. Procesar y gestionar las actividades de facturación para la unidad de negocio, incluyendo verificar y conciliar facturas, garantizar la exactitud de los datos y comunicarse con los clientes y las partes interesadas internas para resolver discrepancias.

  3. Utilizar portales en la nube para crear facturas de clientes y respaldar los procesos de contabilidad internos.

  4. Gestionar clientes (documentos/manipulación).

  5. Seguimiento y cobro de facturación y pagos.

  6. Gestionar renovaciones y nuevas suscripciones.

  7. Interactuar en contratos para contactos comerciales y legales.

  8. Asegurar cumplimiento en nuevos clientes y renovaciones.

  9. Administrar requisitos de cumplimiento de Customer Success Platform (Salesforce).

  10. Gestionar proveedores (servicios pagados) o administrar contratos en conjunto con el líder comercial (creación, negociación, documentación hasta su finalización).

  11. Conciliar cuentas, seguimiento y aseguramiento de pagos.

  12. Supervisar la bandeja de entrada de los sitios web y responder consultas de clientes.

  13. Administrar y cargar archivos en SharePoint.

  14. Organizar conferencias y eventos.

  15. Brindar soporte para facturas y documentación.

  16. Realizar pagos a ponentes y proveedores (honorarios y gastos).

  17. Investigar tendencias de mercado, mejores prácticas de la industria y alojamiento para eventos.

  18. Interactuar con el equipo legal sobre cuestiones legales del cliente (entidades, términos, etc.).

  19. Utilizar software, procesos y herramientas como MS Excel, Word y Adobe PDF.

  20. Requisitos profesionales en áreas administrativas, financieras, contables o afines.

  21. Experiencia de 3 a 5 años en funciones relacionadas con facturación y atención al cliente.
