Childcare Coordinator — South Market

Location: Remote (Fully remote position)

Schedule: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM PST
Monday to Saturday

Reports to: Markets Team Lead

The Role

We're looking for a Childcare Coordinator who is passionate, resourceful, and ready to make things happen.

You'll manage relationships with both parents and providers across our South Market, ensuring every match feels personal, supportive, and seamless.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on solving problems, communicates with empathy, and takes pride in delivering outstanding customer experiences.

What You'll Do

  • Support both parents and childcare providers, acting as their main point of contact.

  • Solve problems on the spot—whether it's by phone, text, or email—with patience and creativity.

  • Understand the needs of families and match them with the right providers.

  • Recognize market patterns and trends, and escalate insights to your Team Lead and Manager.

  • Collaborate closely with our team to ensure smooth, high-quality experiences for all.

  • Maintain a do-it mentality—jump in, figure it out, and make it better every time.
