As a
Customer Service / Office Admin
, you will be the first point of contact for most of our client's customers.

That first interaction is crucial — it sets the tone for the entire customer experience.

We're looking for someone who is engaging, proactive, organized, and passionate about delivering excellent service.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Service Duties

  • Answer incoming calls quickly and professionally (within 2 rings).

  • Follow established customer service processes and data entry procedures.

  • Ensure 100 % of incoming calls during work hours are answered.

  • Handle passive leads and incoming calls as top priority.

Lead Handling

  • Convert 90 %+ of passive leads into active leads.

  • Enter and track leads in CRM or designated systems with high accuracy.

  • Engage with new leads within 5 minutes during work hours.

  • Understand lead types, industry terms, and follow follow-up processes consistently.

  • Keep lead tracking and marketing data up to date.

Administrative Support

  • Monitor and report vehicle tracking.

  • Enter customer payments and deposits.

  • Support budgeting and commission tracking.

  • Assist with billing and reporting.

  • Prepare customer appreciation letters and keep review trackers updated.
