Why This Role Matters
As a
Customer Service / Office Admin
, you will be the first point of contact for most of our client's customers.
That first interaction is crucial — it sets the tone for the entire customer experience.
We're looking for someone who is engaging, proactive, organized, and passionate about delivering excellent service.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service Duties
- Answer incoming calls quickly and professionally (within 2 rings).
- Follow established customer service processes and data entry procedures.
- Ensure 100 % of incoming calls during work hours are answered.
- Handle passive leads and incoming calls as top priority.
Lead Handling
- Convert 90 %+ of passive leads into active leads.
- Enter and track leads in CRM or designated systems with high accuracy.
- Engage with new leads within 5 minutes during work hours.
- Understand lead types, industry terms, and follow follow-up processes consistently.
- Keep lead tracking and marketing data up to date.
Administrative Support
- Monitor and report vehicle tracking.
- Enter customer payments and deposits.
- Support budgeting and commission tracking.
- Assist with billing and reporting.
- Prepare customer appreciation letters and keep review trackers updated.
Required Skills & Attributes
