Posición: Service Desk Focal Point

Posición: Presencial

Site: Área Metropolitana de Bogotá

Horario: Lunes a viernes 8 a 18 hs

Perfil valorado de la posición:

  • Experiencia en manejo de servicios similares para clientes corporativos

  • Exp.

    en Metodologías y mejores prácticas (ITIL V3 / V4 - ISO 20K - Etc.)

  • Exp.

    En conducción equipos de trabajo

  • Excelente dicción

  • Estudiante en carreras de TI o similar

  • Marcada orientación a la atención al cliente

  • Experiencia en servicios de Mesa de Ayuda con:

  • Active Directory

  • InvGate
  • MS Office 365
  • Windows 10
  • Manejo de herramientas de gestión de tickets (incidentes)
  • Conocimientos básicos de redes
  • Trabajo en entorno corporativo y atención al cliente
  • Background técnico general (Hardware, Software, Drivers)
  • Capacidad analítica para detectar inconvenientes y solucionarlos
  • Seguimiento de incidentes pendientes

  • Excelente dicción y vocabulario

  • Idioma Castellano, pero con conocimientos en Inglés (Oral y Escrito)
