Consultor Call Center | Servicio al Cliente Job Opening In Bogotá – Now Hiring Administracion Operativa Automotriz SAS

Somos AOA COLOMBIA SAS , Compañía del sector automotriz requerimos para nuestro equipo de trabajo un Consultor Call Center con experiencia ya sea en atención a cliente telefónica, ventas en telemercadeo o atención en chats.

Objetivo Del Cargo:

Brindar un servicio de calidad a los clientes, asegurando una atención eficiente, amable y oportuna en cada interacción, con el fin de fortalecer la experiencia del cliente y contribuir a la fidelización con la empresa.

Requisitos:

  • Experiencia mínima de 6 meses en cargos relacionados con Call Center.

  • Habilidades en atención al cliente, orientación al detalle, honestidad, puntualidad y responsabilidad.

  • Formación académica: Bachiller.

Funciones:

  • Brindar atención y soporte al cliente a través de llamadas telefónicas y chats inbound y outbound.

  • Gestionar consultas, solicitudes y requerimientos de los clientes.

  • Manejo de herramientas y aplicativos internos para el registro y seguimiento de interacciones.

Condiciones Laborales:

  • Horario: Rotativo de lunes a viernes en las siguientes franjas:
    • 7:00 a.M. ?

      3:00 p.M.
    • 8:00 a.M. ?

      4:00 p.M.
    • 9:00 a.M. ?

      5:00 p.M.
    • 10:00 a.M. ?

      6:00 p.M.

  • Sábados de 8:00 a.M. ?

    2:00 p.M. (Se brinda ajuste de horario entre semana a quienes estudien en la noche).

  • Modalidad: 100% presencial - Chico Norte.

  • Tipo de contrato: Inicialmente fijo a 6 meses, con posibilidad de pasar a término indefinido.

  • Salario: Salario mínimo + prestaciones de ley (no se generan comisiones, bonificaciones u horas extras).
