Community Manager Job Opening In Envigado – Now Hiring Click2Action


Job description

El Community Manager será el encargado de establecer y mantener relaciones sólidas con los clientes, asegurando una comunicación efectiva y el cumplimiento de los objetivos de cada marca en el entorno digital.

Será el punto de contacto principal con los clientes y liderará la estrategia de contenido en redes sociales.

Responsabilidades:

  • Establecer y mantener relaciones estratégicas con los clientes, garantizando una comunicación fluida y efectiva.

  • Diseñar las temáticas y redactar los copies de las parrillas de contenido para redes sociales, asegurando coherencia con los objetivos de la marca.

  • Desarrollar estrategias de comunicación para potenciar la marca y alcanzar sus metas comerciales.

  • Elaborar informes de gestión y análisis de resultados, proporcionando recomendaciones para la optimización de estrategias.

  • Gestionar la publicación del contenido en las diferentes plataformas digitales.

  • Coordinar y orientar al equipo de trabajo para garantizar la colaboración y el cumplimiento de los objetivos establecidos.

  • Gestionar y dar seguimiento a las solicitudes de los clientes, asegurando su satisfacción y la optimización de los recursos internos.

  • Definir los planes audiovisuales de las marcas y hacer seguimiento a su correcta ejecución.

  • Supervisar la gestión de comentarios y mensajes en redes sociales para garantizar respuestas oportunas.

Requisitos:

  • Profesional en Comunicación Social, Publicidad, Marketing Digital o áreas afines.

  • Experiencia mínima de 2 años en gestión de contenido y atención al cliente en entornos digitales.

  • Habilidades avanzadas en redacción y storytelling.

  • Conocimiento en estrategias de social media, análisis de métricas y herramientas de gestión de redes sociales.

  • Capacidad para liderar equipos y coordinar múltiples proyectos simultáneamente.

  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y orientación al cliente.
