Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Success Specialist located in Bogotá DC.

The
Client Success Specialist
will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by managing communication between clients and the company.

Daily tasks include addressing client needs, resolving issues, and maintaining high standards of customer service.

The role requires a strong emphasis on maintaining client relationships and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication skills
  • Experience in Customer Satisfaction and project management, operation manager, client advocate
  • Ability to work effectively in team settings
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Familiarity with contact center or customer service environments is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, or related field is preferred
