Role Overview

As a bilingual receptionist, you'll be the first point of contact for clients, guiding conversations, scheduling meetings, and ensuring smooth communication across platforms.

You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment where your professionalism, resilience, and proactive mindset help keep operations running seamlessly.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST (USA)

Your Responsibilities Will Include but Are Not Limited To:

  • Answering and managing calls, including WhatsApp and Facebook group inquiries
  • Scheduling meetings using Calendly and maintaining calendar accuracy
  • Following up with clients regarding documents, payments, and meeting confirmations
  • Communicating clearly and professionally with clients in both English and Spanish
  • Supporting internal team coordination and client satisfaction

What We're Looking For:

  • At least nine months of experience in a receptionist, customer service, or administrative role and/or related Associate's or Bachelor's degree.

  • Experience in client-facing roles or administrative support
  • Ability to manage high call volumes and multitask effectively
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
  • Comfortable handling over 45 daily calls
  • Comfortable using digital tools for scheduling and communication
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive and independent work style
  • Quick learner with agility under pressure
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle stressful situations
  • Professional demeanor and attention to detail
  • Reliable computer setup (laptop/PC, headset, stable internet min.
