Buscamos un/a Client Service Manager para unirse a nuestro equipo

Tu reto

Durante las campañas, diseñar estrategias para ofrecer a los clientes la Siguiente Mejor Acción que aproveche la estrategia de upselling para mejorar el rendimiento de la campaña: nuevos productos, canales, segmentación de audiencia, etc.

  • Iniciar y ejecutar las campañas de los clientes según los plazos y presupuestos acordados, en colaboración con el equipo de Operaciones Publicitarias.

  • Responder a las consultas de los clientes y coordinar las respuestas internas a tiempo.

  • Monitorear la tasa de retención de pods, las métricas de éxito de la campaña (debe aspirar a un cumplimiento de KPI superior al 90%) y los ingresos incrementales.

  • Asegurarse de que los clientes reciban informes periódicos de rendimiento de la campaña con métricas detalladas e información adicional según sus preferencias (p.

    ej., semanal, mensual.

  • Mantener a los clientes informados de cualquier cambio o problema que afecte a sus campañas de forma rápida y profesional.

  • Realizar un análisis posterior a la campaña en el plazo de una semana tras su finalización para identificar áreas de mejora.

  • Escalar los problemas no resueltos a la alta dirección o a los equipos de Adops según sea necesario, resumiendo el problema y las soluciones propuestas.

  • Mantener un alto nivel de satisfacción del cliente.

    Requisitos para el éxito.

  • Tienes más de 3 años de experiencia en medios, publicidad o tecnología en ventas, marketing o soporte, incluyendo prácticas.

Habiliadades:

  • Has colaborado en la ejecución de campañas publicitarias de venta directa o programática.

  • Tienes conocimientos básicos de plataformas DSP y SSP y de socios como DV360, The Trade Desk, LiveRamp, etc.

  • Dominas Excel y analizas datos regularmente para generar información y aprendizajes aplicables.

  • Te destacas en la construcción de relaciones sólidas con los clientes, siendo tus habilidades de comunicación una de tus principales cualidades.

  • Mantienes sólidas relaciones con agencias y clientes clave.

  • Eres adaptable, organizado y analítico, y recurres a tu ingenio para encontrar soluciones a los problemas que surgen constantemente.

Condiciones:

Contrato por 4 meses, con posibilidades de seguir.

1 dia de oficina presencial, 4 dias remoto

Lunes a Viernes 8am - 5:30pm
