About You: Proven Cold Outreach Hunter
Essential Experience (Deal-Breaker Requirements):
Proven USA/Canada Market Success
- 2-4 years prospecting specifically to US/Canadian companies
with documented success metrics
- Advanced English (C1/C2) for executive-level business conversations
- Deep understanding of North American business culture and communication styles
- Track record of quota achievement in competitive B2B markets
Master Gatekeeper Navigation
- Demonstrated ability to consistently bypass mid size companies gatekeepers
and reach executives
- Proven techniques for earning administrative support rather than resistance
- Experience with multi-touch campaigns across phone, email, and LinkedIn to break through barriers
- Track record of reaching decision-makers in traditionally difficult-to-penetrate industries

The Role: Strategic Gatekeeper Navigator & Pipeline Hunter
Your primary mission:
Navigate complex organizational gatekeepers to reach C-level executives in industrial distributors and secure high-quality discovery calls that convert to qualified opportunities.
Core Hunting Responsibilities:
Gatekeeper Breakthrough (Primary Focus - 60% of role)
- Bypass executive assistants, receptionists, and organizational filters using proven techniques
- Navigate complex corporate hierarchies to connect with Presidents, CEOs, Owners, or General Managers of mid-sized distributorships.
- Convert cold prospects who typically screen all vendor calls into engaged discovery participants
- Master the art of earning gatekeeper advocacy rather than resistance
Discovery Call Generation (30% of role)
- Execute strategic cold outreach campaigns to industrial distributors across USA/Canada
- Handle rejection and persistence cycles typical in traditional B2B industries
- Convert inbound marketing leads (webinars, trade shows, content downloads) into scheduled calls
- Manage complex decision-making units with 2 to 3 stakeholders and mid-range approval processes
Pipeline Management & Optimization (10% of role)
- Maintain detailed HubSpot records for 3-6 month sales cycles
- Track and optimize gatekeeper breakthrough techniques and messaging approaches
- Collaborate with Sales leader and CEO on discovery call strategies and qualification frameworks
- Document successful navigation patterns for organizational scaling
Success Metrics:
Successfully reach 15+ decision-makers through gatekeeper navigation
- Month 2:
Generate 5+ qualified discovery calls with confirmed budget authority
- Month 3:
Contribute 3+ deals
- Ongoing:
Maintain 20%- 30%+ breakthrough rate from initial cold contact to scheduled discovery call
Compensation: Built for Hunters
Fixed compensation :
$1,500-2,000 USD/month (experience-based, direct USD payment)
