Ubicación: Medellín, Colombia

Oficina: Calle 7D #43C-105, Astorga, Medellín

Horario: Lunes a viernes, de 10:00 a.m. a 7:00 p.m. (hora Colombia)

Resumen del Puesto:

El/la Coordinador(a) de Soporte al Cliente será responsable de brindar asistencia en funciones clave de atención al cliente, asegurando una experiencia eficiente y profesional.

Este rol requiere habilidades organizativas, comunicativas y analíticas para apoyar diversos procesos administrativos relacionados con la gestión de clientes.

Responsabilidades Clave:

  • Apoyar en la gestión de clientes, incluyendo administración de embargos, configuración de ubicaciones de trabajo, flujos de trabajo y cambios de dirección.

  • Generar reportes solicitados por los clientes.

  • Participar en otros proyectos de soporte al cliente según se requiera.

Habilidades y Calificaciones:

  • Conocimiento de productos Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

  • Capacidad para realizar múltiples tareas en un entorno dinámico.

  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita en inglés.

  • Organización, atención al detalle y precisión en el trabajo.

  • Buen manejo de habilidades matemáticas y analíticas.
