Servicebots es una compañía líder en Inteligencia Artificial Conversacional que desarrolla Agentes Virtuales Inteligentes (Voicebots, Chatbots) y Analítica de Conversaciones.

Ubicación:

Remoto con posibilidad de interacción ocasional en oficinas locales.

Resumen del Puesto:
Buscamos un Auditor de Calidad (QA) con una excepcional atención al detalle para unirse a nuestro equipo.

El objetivo principal del cargo es asegurar la calidad y el cumplimiento normativo en las interacciones con nuestros clientes, con un
enfoque crítico en la validación de la lectura de contratos por vía telefónica
.

La persona en este rol será clave para minimizar riesgos operativos y garantizar la correcta ejecución de los procedimientos en diversos procesos de servicio.

Funciones principales:

  1. Monitoreo y evaluación de la calidad de las interacciones con los clientes:

  2. Escuchar y evaluar llamadas, chats y correos electrónicos para verificar el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad.

- Utilizar herramientas como SAC RR AC, CRM y ERP y otras plataformas de Claro Colombia para el seguimiento y control de la calidad.

- Calificar las interacciones según normas como COPC, identificando áreas de mejora y capacitación del modelo de Inteligencia Artificial.

  1. Análisis de datos e indicadores:

- Recopilar y analizar datos para identificar tendencias y patrones.

- Realizar carga y descarga de metadatas, planillas, BBDD, entre otros documentos de los CRM, ERP o SFTP de los clientes.

- Generar informes y presentaciones para la gerencia, consultores o clientes.

  1. Apoyo a los procesos de mejora continua:

- Identificar oportunidades de mejora y proponer soluciones.

- Participar en la implementación de nuevas estrategias para mejorar la calidad de los servicios.

- Brindar apoyo y entrenamiento a los stakeholders de los proyectos en temas de calidad.

  1. Comunicación y relaciones:

- Comunicarse efectivamente con clientes, consultores y gerencia.

- Responder correos y solicitudes de información de manera profesional.

- Colaborar con otros equipos para garantizar la calidad del servicio.

Funciones adicionales:

  1. Realizar auditorías internas de calidad:

- Evaluar el cumplimiento de estándares de calidad de los diferentes modelos de AI y Clientes.

- Identificar áreas de mejora y recomendar acciones correctivas.

- Documentar hallazgos y presentar informes a la gerencia y/o consultores.

  1. Participar en la elaboración de manuales de procedimientos:

- Colaborar en la creación y actualización de manuales de Calidad para cliente y proyecto, según aplique.

- Asegurar que los manuales sean claros y alineados con estándares de calidad y las necesidades de los modelos AI y el área de Desarrollo AI.

  1. Capacitar a los clientes en temas de calidad:

- Brindar asesoría sobre normas de calidad, herramientas de evaluación y/o técnicas de éxito.

- Facilitar talleres y sesiones de coaching para desarrollar sensibilización a los clientes del funcionamiento y uso de la AI como modelo de auditoría.

  1. Mantenerse actualizado en las últimas tendencias del Contact Center, AI y Tecnologías:

- Investigar y analizar tendencias en servicio al cliente, ventas, retención y demás necesidades del Customer Experiencia, Customer Care y Customer Journey.

- Recomendar implementación de nuevas tecnologías y estrategias para mejorar la calidad del servicio de los clientes.
