Importante firma de Consultoría, está en busca de un perfil para ASISTENTE DE SERVICIO AL CLIENTE

Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un(a) profesional comprometido(a), con excelentes habilidades comunicativas y vocación de servicio, para formar parte de nuestro equipo en la ciudad de Cali.

La persona seleccionada será responsable de brindar soporte y atención eficiente a los clientes, gestionando sus solicitudes, requerimientos y reclamos de manera oportuna, cordial y profesional, con el objetivo de garantizar una experiencia positiva y fortalecer la relación con nuestros usuarios.

Funciones:

  1. Dar alcance a las solicitudes realizadas por el cliente a través de los medios de comunicación dispuestos por la compañía.

  2. -Análisis de Incidencias: Investigar y analizar problemas reportados por los usuarios para identificar patrones y tendencias, determinando su causa raíz y proponiendo las mejores soluciones.

  3. Agendar espacios para las reuniones de la CSR para las visitas de satisfacción al cliente.

  4. Apoyar todas las labores relacionadas con la comercialización y el mercadeo de los diversos productos y servicios que ofrece la compañía.

  5. Crear y mantener documentación detallada sobre problemas conocidos, soluciones y procedimientos de soporte.

  6. Solicitar a los clientes certificados de experiencia.

  7. Interactuar con clientes de acuerdo con políticas y estrategias de servicio de la compañía.

  8. Cumplimiento con los indicadores del área

  9. Preparar informes sobre el desempeño del soporte, métricas de resolución de incidencias y retroalimentación del cliente.

  10. Evaluar y proponer sistemas y formas de simplificación y optimización de las operaciones a su cargo.

  11. Demás actividades que el jefe directo requiera de su cargo.

Estudios

  • Estudiante técnico, tecnólogo, pregrado o Profesional en carreras administrativas, comunicaciones o afines.

Formación:

1.Curso o capacitación básica en servicio al cliente.

2.Manejo de redacción e interpretación de información.

3.Conocimientos básicos de Excel y herramientas ofimáticas.

  1. Manejo básico de correo electrónico y plataformas digitales.

Habilidades:

  1. Destreza para manejar programas, sistemas operativos, así como el paquete de Office.

  2. Comunicación oral y escrita.

  3. Técnicas de redacción y ortografía.

  4. Capacidad para establecer y mantener relaciones cordiales, recíprocas y cálidas o redes de contacto con sus clientes internos y externos.

Condiciones Laborales:

Lunes a jueves de 7 am a 5 pm / viernes 7 am a 4 pm

Modalidad: Hibrida 3*2

Contrato Termino Indefinido

Salario: con todo lo de ley + beneficios ofrecidos por la compañía.
