Descripción del Cargo: Asistente Comercial de Servicio al Cliente

Ubicación:
Bogotá (zona norte) – Modalidad presencial

Rango salarial:
$

  • Importante empresa requiere asesor comercial de servicio al cliente con experiencia mínima de 2 años en ventas, servicio al cliente, ventas online (WHATSAPP).

  • El objetivo del cargo, es gestionar los leads que lleguen por canales como página web, WhatsApp y redes sociales logrando metas establecidas de ventas de la empresa, manteniendo de forma activa las relaciones con el cliente y logrando una fidelización permanente del mismo.

Requisitos

  • Experiencia mínima de 2 años como asesor comercial, experiencia en ventas y en puestos de atención al cliente
  • Dominio de Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Habilidades

  • Alta capacidad de comunicación escrita y fluidez verbal (español e inglés) .

  • Persona con gusto, habilidad y agresividad comercial para cierre de ventas.

  • Alta capacidad de atención al detalle, procesamiento de datos e identificación de errores.

  • Capacidad de trabajo bajo presión.

  • Habilidad para realizar múltiples tareas a la vez, priorizar y gestionar el tiempo de forma eficaz.

  • Habilidad para identificar oportunidades de mejora y ventas.

  • Orientación al cliente y habilidad para adaptarse/responder a diferentes tipos de personalidades.

  • Organización, amabilidad, tolerancia y eficiencia.

Responsabilidades

  • Gestionar los leads que lleguen por canales como página web, WhatsApp y redes sociales, brindando información de los servicios, orientando al cliente y ejecutando ventas.

  • Dar respuesta inmediata a los clientes.

  • Hacer cierre de ventas, gestionar reservas, solicitudes y hacer seguimiento.

  • Realizar y gestionar el proceso de venta.

  • Realizar seguimiento a clientes potenciales.

  • Llevar un registro de las interacciones con clientes y archivo de reservas.

  • Identificar y evaluar las necesidades de los clientes para lograr su satisfacción.

  • Detectar aspectos de mejora continua de procesos.

  • Seguir procedimientos de comunicación, directrices y políticas.

  • Garantizar la satisfacción del cliente.
