Responsabilidades

  • Revisar solicitudes de clientes y emitir órdenes de servicio de manera precisa.

  • Elaborar e imprimir certificados reportes e informes.

  • Mantener comunicación efectiva con clientes para asegurar un servicio fluido.

  • Garantizar que se cuente con los consumibles necesarios para la operación.

  • Coordinar el soporte técnico necesario para equipos y seguridad de información.

  • Gestionar la correspondencia nacional e internacional eficientemente.

  • Transcribir documentación y correspondencia asignada.

  • Optimizar requerimientos de áreas en ausencia de jefes.

  • Entregar información precisa y oportuna tanto interna como externamente.

  • Organizar y actualizar archivos del sector.

  • Cumplir con normas y procedimientos técnicos y administrativos.

  • Manejar adecuadamente equipos y herramientas de trabajo.

  • Informar sobre productos no conformes o quejas de clientes.

  • Participar en la detección de acciones correctivas y planes de mejora.

  • Colaborar en auditorías internas y externas del sector de minerales.

  • Revisar cartera de clientes antes de abrir nuevas órdenes de servicio.

  • Entregar archivos al área de facturación para facturación correcta.

  • Realizar seguimiento postventa de servicios.

  • Monitorear indicadores de gestión de procesos diariamente.

Requisitos

  • Título técnico o tecnólogo en administración o áreas afines.

  • Experiencia previa en un rol administrativo o de operaciones.

  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y relación interpersonal.

  • Capacidad para manejar múltiples tareas y prioridades.

  • Conocimiento en gestión de documentos y archivos.

  • Proactividad y capacidad de resolución de problemas.
