Multinacional de servicios y productos de asistencia (hogar, legal, medicina, mascotas, funerarios, vehicular, etc).

Ofrece el puesto de
Asesor en Retención y Fidelizacion
en IGS Bogotá - Colombia, ubicado en Av calle 26 # edificio minciencias torre 8 piso 9

En esta posición serás responsable de atender llamadas entrantes con el objetivo de prevenir cancelaciones, ofreciendo diagnósticos oportunos y presentando beneficios que fortalezcan la satisfacción y permanencia de nuestros clientes.

Funciones Principales Son

  • Atender la línea telefónica para gestionar solicitudes de clientes de IGS, asegurando una respuesta oportuna y eficaz en consultas, quejas, reclamos y solicitudes de cancelación.

  • Implementar estrategias de retención de clientes, asegurando el cumplimiento de la meta establecida.

  • Garantizar la correcta ejecución y registro de cancelaciones, siguiendo los protocolos definidos por el área y cada sponsor.

Requisitos

  • Experiencia mínima de 6 meses en procesos de retención y fidelización de clientes, servicio al cliente presencial
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, con marcada orientación al servicio y capacidad de escucha activa.

  • Perfil comercial con enfoque en resultados y cumplimiento de metas.

  • Comisiones 100% prestacionales.

  • Contrato a término indefinido, directamente con la compañía.

  • Horario laboral: lunes a sábado, jornada de 8 horas.
