Descripción del puesto de Servicio al Cliente en Call Center – Asistencia y Atención Telefónica

Como parte de nuestro equipo de Asesores de Servicio al Cliente Call Center, serás responsable de atender telefónicamente a nuestros clientes y brindar soluciones ágiles, eficientes y de calidad en solicitudes de asistencia, siniestros, servicios médicos o situaciones en carretera y hogar.

Gestionarás cada caso con empatía, asegurando siempre la mejor experiencia para quienes confían en Connect Assistance.

Principales responsabilidades de Asesor/a de Servicio al Cliente Call Center

  • Recibir y atender llamadas de clientes que requieren asistencia, asegurando una atención cordial y profesional en todo momento.

  • Registrar, canalizar y dar seguimiento a solicitudes en los sistemas internos, cumpliendo los protocolos y procesos establecidos.

  • Coordinar con proveedores aliados la gestión y ejecución de los servicios solicitados por cada cliente.

  • Brindar información clara y precisa sobre coberturas, procedimientos, tiempos de respuesta y status de solicitudes.

  • Garantizar la satisfacción y confianza del cliente en cada interacción.

  • Resolver incidencias y manejar situaciones de emergencia o conflicto con prudencia, discreción y rapidez.

  • Contribuir al cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad definidos por la compañía.

Requisitos para postularse a la vacante de Servicio al Cliente Call Center

  • Bachiller en Educación Media.

  • Mínimo 1 año de experiencia en call center, servicio al cliente telefónico o atención de asistencias.

  • Manejo básico de Office (Word, Excel), G Suite y habilidades de navegación en internet.

  • Experiencia en digitación ágil y uso de sistemas informáticos.

  • Comunicación clara y asertiva.
