Position Title: Email Appointment Setter

Monthly Pay: $1600 base + $600 in bonuses

Position Overview: Responsible for monitoring clients' inboxes, responding to interested leads quickly, and booking as many qualified meetings as possible.

Strong email communication and fluent English are required.

B2B experience with agencies and managing multiple clients across industries such as financial services, tech, and marketing is essential.

Primary Skills:

  • Inbox management: handling multiple client inboxes simultaneously with consistent follow-up.

  • Email communication: professional, timely responses tailored to prospect needs.

  • Lead qualification: screening inbound leads against client criteria before scheduling.

  • B2B outreach: outreach campaigns via Bison and email sequences.

  • Appointment scheduling: coordinating across industries and time zones.

  • GoHighLevel CRM: tracking lead status, managing pipelines, and scheduling appointments.

  • Organization & attention to detail: ensuring accurate data entry, reporting, and task follow-through.

  • Bison (outreach tool): executing and monitoring multichannel outreach campaigns.

  • Google Docs: documenting scripts, outreach templates, and client communication notes.

  • Google Sheets: lead logs, reporting, and performance tracking.

  • ChatGPT: assisting with email personalization, message drafting, and automation support.

  • Sales automation tools: experience with platforms like Bison, GoHighLevel, or equivalent systems for automating outreach and scheduling.
