- Inbox management: handling multiple client inboxes simultaneously with consistent follow-up.
- Email communication: professional, timely responses tailored to prospect needs.
- Lead qualification: screening inbound leads against client criteria before scheduling.
- B2B outreach: outreach campaigns via Bison and email sequences.
- Appointment scheduling: coordinating across industries and time zones.
- GoHighLevel CRM: tracking lead status, managing pipelines, and scheduling appointments.
- Organization & attention to detail: ensuring accurate data entry, reporting, and task follow-through.
- Bison (outreach tool): executing and monitoring multichannel outreach campaigns.
- Google Docs: documenting scripts, outreach templates, and client communication notes.
- Google Sheets: lead logs, reporting, and performance tracking.
- ChatGPT: assisting with email personalization, message drafting, and automation support.
- Sales automation tools: experience with platforms like Bison, GoHighLevel, or equivalent systems for automating outreach and scheduling.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage multiple client inboxes daily, ensuring prompt responses to inbound leads.
- Respond to interested leads via email, drafting personalized messages with support from ChatGPT.
- Qualify leads against client-specific criteria before booking appointments.
- Utilize Bison and GoHighLevel CRM to track interactions, update statuses, and manage pipelines.Schedule and coordinate meetings for multiple clients, accommodating different time zones and calendars.
- Maintain accurate client data and reporting through Google Docs and Google Sheets.
- Leverage ChatGPT to personalize outreach messaging, streamline drafting, and support automation.
- Collaborate with internal and client teams via Slack/Google Meet to ensure proper handoff and follow-up.
Preferred Previous Experience:
- Proven experience as an Email Appointment Setter or B2B outreach specialist
- Experience working at/with agencies managing multiple client accounts
- Hands-on with CRM tools (GoHighLevel) and outreach tools (Bison)
