Role Overview: Reporting to our Director ofMarketing, the Amazon Marketing Lead is a senior client-facing roleoverseeing campaigns on behalf of our clients with a high degree ofautonomy. The ideal candidate will be building strategies andmanaging media across a range of Amazon digital marketing channels,tracking responses, and reporting success to clients. You must be aprofessional marketer who is smart, organized, creative, dynamic,and bursting with ideas to test out. Responsibilities: - Create andmanage Amazon campaigns (Amazon-owned channels on and offamazon.com, including all sponsored ad types, display ads, OTT,Amazon Affiliates, etc.) and utilize different marketing levers todrive overall growth for our partners. - Generate (and present toclients) Amazon marketing strategies that leverage the full suiteof Amazon marketing channels, which are based on customer andmarket data, which define goals and KPIs, and containimplementation plans and budgets. - Manage your media spend acrossyour accounts to ensure you are working within approved budgetsand/or ROI parameters your main KPIs are ACoS and TACoS. - Overallbrand growth relative to ad sales. - Keep spending at monthlybudgets. - Utilization of appropriate billable time logged on thebrand's accounts. - Troubleshoot marketing-related Amazon issues asthey arise. - Provide in-depth ad hoc analysis and end-of-monthreporting. - Research competitive landscape and keywords, andprovide actionable strategic recommendations for client marketingplans. - Partner with the content team on campaigns that requiredesigns and copywriting. - Work closely with the Account Manager toensure work is delivered on time and within budget. Requirements: -Fluent in English. - 3-5+ years experience in all Amazon ad typesand bid models. - Certified in Amazon Ads. - Bachelor's degree inMarketing, Communications, or related field. - Able to set up andmanage multiple ad campaigns simultaneously. - Experience with bidmanagement tools such as Carbon6, Helium10, Scale Insights, Skai,etc. - Ability to effectively communicate trends from advertisingdata to non-advertising teams. - Capable of interfacing with remoteteams to coordinate projects and tasks. - Think outside the box tosolve problems. - Data-driven, proficient in using tech tools tooptimize your work. - Exceptional written and verbal communicationskills. - Experience using project management and time trackingtools such as Asana, Teamwork, Wrike, Trello, Basecamp, Workfront,etc. - Experience working in a fast-paced agency environment withmultiple client accounts. - Ability to remain energetic,responsive, and enthusiastic in a remote work environment. - Stronginterpersonal skills with experience collaborating with remote teammembers. - Google Ads experience/e-commerce experience for GoogleAds media buyers is highly desirable. #J-18808-Ljbffr
