Agente Contact Center - Recompra Job Opening In Bogotá – Now Hiring KrediYA

Overview


Garantizar una experiencia excepcional para los clientes internos y externos, gestionando de manera eficiente y oportuna sus requerimientos y asegurando la resolución efectiva de inquietudes a través de canales directos y multimarca.


Responsabilidades



  • Gestión de solicitudes de clientes: Atender y resolver consultas y requerimientos de clientes internos y externos de manera rápida y efectiva.


  • Garantizar la satisfacción del cliente proporcionando soluciones adecuadas y dentro de los tiempos establecidos.


  • Soporte multicanal: Brindar atención a través de diferentes canales (chat, correo, llamadas, aplicaciones, etc.) asegurando un servicio coherente y de calidad en todos ellos.


  • Resolución de problemas: Identificar y abordar inquietudes o problemas de los clientes, siguiendo protocolos establecidos para garantizar soluciones satisfactorias.

    Escalar casos complejos al área correspondiente, cuando sea necesario.


  • Registro y documentación: Mantener registros completos y precisos de todas las interacciones con clientes en los sistemas de la empresa.

    Actualizar la base de datos con información relevante y garantizar su organización.



Requisitos del cargo



  • Debes tener minimo el bachiller culminado

  • Debes tener minimo 6 meses de experiencia en el cargo o a fines

  • Habilidad en el uso de herramientas digitales y sistemas CRM

  • Debes tener habilidades de comunicación y persuasión.
