Role and responsibilities

  • Join the Commercial Management team in Colombia as a Customer Care Contractor (Prestador de Servicios).

  • Visit client premises within your portfolio.

  • Identify, propose and foster client loyalty by developing new products and services and driving continuous improvement on the platform.

  • Manage the full client onboarding and training process, coordinating a detailed onboarding plan with all involved areas and providing thorough training on platform functionalities.

  • Develop initial multi-carrier logistics strategies with clients.

  • Integrate new clients into the platform and review integrations for existing clients that experience issues.

  • Develop or implement strategies to ensure cross-selling.

Requirements

  • Excel – Advanced level
  • HubSpot or another CRM

Desirable

  • Knowledge of computer technology concepts
  • Knowledge of eCommerce platforms
  • Knowledge in Logistics or Operations
