Perfil de Cargo

Posición: Account Manager – División Farmacéutica

Área: Comercial

Nivel: Senior

Propósito del Cargo

Liderar la gestión y el desarrollo comercial de clientes estratégicos en el sector farmacéutico, integrando un enfoque técnico–consultivo con una sólida capacidad de relacionamiento y negociación.

Este cargo asegura la fidelización de clientes, la identificación de nuevas oportunidades de negocio y el crecimiento sostenible de la división farmacéutica.

Responsabilidades Principales:

Desarrollar y ejecutar planes comerciales para clientes clave del sector farmacéutico con conocimiento en Nutracéuticos.

Brindar asesoría técnica especializada sobre el portafolio, posicionando soluciones de alto valor.

Identificar, prospectar y consolidar nuevas oportunidades de negocio.

Liderar procesos de negociación comercial a nivel estratégico y operativo.

Elaborar proyecciones de ventas, presupuestos y reportes de gestión.

Mantener un relacionamiento cercano, profesional y de confianza con clientes actuales y potenciales.

Coordinar con las áreas internas y regionales (operaciones, supply chain, calidad y regulatorio) para asegurar cumplimiento en entregas y estándares del sector.

Representar a la compañía en ferias, eventos técnicos y espacios de relacionamiento del sector farmacéutico y nutracéutico.

Consecución de citas y agendamientos para las diferentes visitas de proveedores y colegas regionales.

Perfil Requerido:

Formación Académica

Profesional en Química Farmacéutica (preferiblemente) o áreas afines como Química, Ingeniería Química o carreras en Ciencias de la Vida.

Estudios complementarios en Gestión Comercial, Marketing Farmacéutico o Administración serán valorados.

Conocer de nutrición es un plus.

Experiencia:

Mínimo 5 años en posiciones técnico–comerciales dentro del sector farmacéutico con amplio conocimiento del mercado en Colombia.

Experiencia liderando procesos de ventas consultivas y gestión de cuentas clave.

Trayectoria en interacción con áreas de compras, investigación y desarrollo, producción y calidad en compañías farmacéutica o de distribución y venta de estos insumos.

Conocimientos y Competencias Técnicas

Profundo entendimiento del mercado farmacéutico, regulaciones y tendencias.

Dominio en técnicas de negociación estratégica.

Inglés intermedio–avanzado (lectura y conversación fluida).

Manejo de CRM y herramientas digitales para gestión comercial.

Competencias Comportamentales

Orientación a resultados y visión estratégica.

Habilidad de influencia y relacionamiento a nivel directivo.

Comunicación asertiva y escucha activa.

Capacidad de análisis para conectar necesidades técnicas con soluciones comerciales.
