Este es un puesto de trabajo remoto.

Ingeniero de Soporte Nivel 2

Responsabilidades

  • Proporcionar soporte técnico avanzado para resolver incidentes relacionados con hardware, software y redes, gestionando tickets escalados de forma eficaz.

  • Colaborar en el mantenimiento, monitoreo y optimización de los entornos IT de los clientes, incluyendo servidores, redes y sistemas de seguridad.

  • Implementar y mantener medidas de ciberseguridad como firewalls, antivirus, cifrado y sistemas de detección o prevención de intrusiones.

  • Comunicar de forma clara y profesional con los clientes, ofreciendo orientación y asistencia técnica para asegurar su satisfacción y el correcto funcionamiento del sistema.

  • Mantener registros precisos de incidentes, soluciones y configuraciones del sistema para control de calidad y referencia futura.

  • Trabajar estrechamente con Ingenieros de Soporte Nivel 1 y otros equipos IT para garantizar una resolución eficaz de problemas y transferencia de conocimientos, apoyando y mentoreando al personal junior.

  • Gestionar y priorizar múltiples incidentes y solicitudes de servicio, escalando casos cuando sea necesario.

  • Estar al día con las tendencias tecnológicas, herramientas y mejores prácticas de la industria para mejorar continuamente la calidad del servicio.

Requisitos

  • Experiencia demostrada en un rol de Soporte IT Nivel 1 o Nivel 2, preferiblemente en un entorno de Proveedor de Servicios Gestionados (MSP).

  • Conocimiento sólido de sistemas operativos Windows y/o Linux, configuración de redes y administración de servidores.

  • Experiencia práctica con herramientas y protocolos de ciberseguridad, incluyendo firewalls, antivirus, cifrado y respuesta a incidentes.

  • Familiaridad con plataformas cloud como AWS o Azure y tecnologías de virtualización (VMware, Hyper‑V).

  • Excelentes habilidades analíticas, de resolución de problemas y de comunicación.

  • Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión y gestionar múltiples prioridades.

  • Título universitario en Ciencias de la Computación, Tecnologías de la Información o campo relacionado, o experiencia equivalente.

  • Certificaciones preferidas: CompTIA Security+, Network+, CCNA, MCSA u equivalente.
