Job description

UnifyCX is growing and looking for a Software Engineer to join our motivated and ambitious team in Colombia.

What Will You Do?

As a Software Engineer you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing software solutions that meet the needs of our growing business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain software applications using
  • Work within an Agile development team to estimate, implement, deploy sprint tasks created to implement the next generation of our core software product.

  • Consume RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services to enhance application functionality.

  • Utilize AWS cloud services for application deployment and management, specifically Elastic Containers (ECS), Lambdas, API Gateways, and Code Pipelines.

  • Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve software defects in a timely manner.

Who are you?

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in frontend software development as well as experience with cloud technologies.

Required Experience & Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Software Engineer with a focus on frontend javascript development.

  • Proficiency in programming languages such as React, , Node, and C#
  • Experience with cloud platforms, particularly AWS.

  • Knowledge of RESTful API design and implementation.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

  • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members both in Colombia and in the US.

  • Ability to speak, read and write in English fluently.
