About the Role
is looking for an experienced, data-driven Web developer to lead the strategy, development, and continuous optimization of our corporate website.
You will be the owner of all things related to site performance—from technical infrastructure to user experience—with the core objective of maximizing conversion rates and generating qualified leads.
You will work in close partnership with our marketing, design, and demand generation teams to create a high-speed, secure, and conversion-optimized website that acts as a growth engine for the business.
Key Responsibilities
Website Optimization & CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization)
• Design, build, and optimize WordPress and HubSpot landing pages and microsites with a strong focus on responsive design, mobile usability, and conversion performance.
• Implement A/B and multivariate testing strategies for copy, layout, forms, and CTAs.
• Work with SEO and content teams to enhance on-page SEO (meta tags, schema, URL structure, internal links).
• Leverage tools like Google Optimize, Hotjar, or similar to inform design changes based on visitor behavior.
• Own full lifecycle website management: strategy, design implementation, performance, maintenance, and reporting.
• Optimize the site for lead generation using CRO best practices, including A/B testing, heatmaps, analytics, and behavioral data tools (e.g., Hotjar, Google Optimize).
• Build and maintain high-performance landing pages and microsites aligned to marketing campaigns.
• Ensure the website is always fast, secure, mobile-friendly, and SEO-optimized.
• Manage and update the WordPress environment, including themes, plugins, and integrations (HubSpot, Calendly, forms).
Tracking, Reporting & Analytics
• Set up and manage UTMs, tracking pixels, Google Tag Manager (GTM), and conversion events across all campaigns.
• Monitor key KPIs daily/weekly (CPL, CTR, ROAS, conversion rate) and generate actionable insights.
• Ensure attribution accuracy across ad platforms and website analytics tools (Google Analytics 4, HubSpot, etc.).
• Use analytics and funnel insights to drive improvements in site structure, CTA placements, form flows, and user paths.
Collaboration & Growth Experimentation
• Partner with our team of copy writers, content creators, designers, videographers and developers to bring campaign ideas to life quickly.
• Run growth experiments with landing pages, funnel sequences, and lead magnets to increase MQL/SQO generation.
• Support reporting support for analyzing the quality of the leads, the lead handoff to sales by optimizing form submissions, lead routing, and follow-up triggers.
Website Maintenance
• Maintain site compliance with web standards, ADA accessibility, cookie management, and security protocols (SSL, firewalls, backups).
• Regularly audit and report on site performance using Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Search Console.
• Troubleshoot and resolve bugs or UX blockers in real-time.
Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in web development and digital marketing with hands-on WordPress design and advertising execution.
• Advanced knowledge of WordPress, including plugins for performance, speed, and SEO.
• Strong grasp of CRO best practices, A/B testing, mobile-first design, and page speed optimization.
• Expert in Google Tag Manager, UTMs, conversion tracking, and analytics/reporting tools.
• Familiar with GA4, Looker Studio, HubSpot, or similar marketing automation and analytics tools.
• Experience with Elementor, Divi, or other WordPress builders.
• Familiarity with CDPs or data enrichment platforms (e.g., Clearbit, ZoomInfo, Apollo).
• Experience in B2B lead generation or SaaS marketing environments.
• Proficient in WordPress, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and responsive design frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with CRO tools: Hotjar, Google Optimize, VWO, CrazyEgg, etc.
• Skilled with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Tag Manager, and basic marketing attribution principles.
• Strong UX/UI sensibility and working knowledge of B2B marketing funnels.
• Proficient with HubSpot, marketing automation tools, and CRM-driven website personalization tools.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a data-first mindset focused on iterative improvement.
• Experience working in B2B SaaS, consulting, or professional services is highly preferred.
• Fluent in English is a must; strong written and verbal communication skills.
