We are seeking a proactive and skilled Web Developer to join our team, focusing on the maintenance and operational health of our digital properties.

This role is crucial for converting leads and delivering strong outcomes for our customers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Website Maintenance & Development: Perform ongoing maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization for all production and staging WordPress website.
- Website Slow Creation: Design, develop, and launch high‑converting landing pages and micro‑sites that align with marketing campaign goals.
- Plugin Management: Evaluate, install, configure, and troubleshoot WordPress plugins and extensions to enhance site functionality and security.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve front‑end and back‑end issues related to site speed, broken links, code conflicts, and server‑side errors.
- Integration & Automation: Implement, maintain, and troubleshoot automation workflows using platforms like Zapier to ensure seamless data flow between the website, CRM, and other essential business tools.
- Domain Management: Manage and troubleshoot domain name system (DNS Servers), including setting up CNAMEs, A records, and managing propagation for various environments.
- Collaboration: Work effectively with the Marketing, Sales, and IT teams to translate marketing goals into functional web experiences and resolve technical roadblocks.
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience: 2–3 years of direct experience supporting website maintenance and front‑end development, specifically focused on marketing sites.
- Core CMS: Proven expertise in WordPress development, theme customization, and extensive knowledge of the WordPress plugin ecosystem.
- Web Integration: Hands‑on experience configuring webhooks and setting up and maintaining automated processes using Zapier or similar enterprise automation tools.
- Domain Expertise: Solid working knowledge of DNS Servers and the processes required for proper domain verification, pointing, and management.
- Design‑to‑Build: Familiarity with design collaboration tools such as Figma to accurately translate visual designs into functional web pages.
- Maintenance Focus: Demonstrated ability to create and manage staging environments, perform routine backups, and execute necessary security updates.
- Experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
PREFERRED (BONUS) SKILLS
- HubSpot Integration: Direct experience with HubSpot domain integration, including connecting subdomains and troubleshooting SSL certificates within the HubSpot platform.
- Experience with specific page builders (e.g., Elementor, Divi).
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and technical implementation.

Remote: VGM Marketing Director & Local: GBS Structure.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Language Proficiency: Exceptional fluency in Spanish and English (both speaking and writing required); additional languages (Urdu, Russian, Arabic, Hindi, Portuguese, Chinese‑Mandarin, Italian) are advantageous.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using CRM systems and tools, Microsoft Office Suite, Google environment, and other sales‑related tools.
Good digital literacy.
Knowledge of cars and mechanics is a plus.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in digital marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Availability: Willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate different time zones across the United States and Latin America.
WORKING CONDITIONS
