We are seeking a highly skilledBackend Developer with proven experience inOptimizely CMS (nice to have) and strong proficiency in.NET Core 6+ andC# .

This role is critical for designing, developing, and optimizing scalable backend solutions that support our digital platforms.

The ideal candidate will also have hands-on experience withAzure services , ensuring secure, high-performance, and maintainable systems.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust and integrated solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain backend solutions using .NET Core 6+ and C#.
  
  
• Build and extend CMS-based solutions, particularly with Optimizely or similar platforms.
  
  
• Integrate and manage Azure services, including: Azure Web Apps, Azure B2C, Azure Functions and Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD).
  
  
• Develop secure and scalable RESTful APIs.
• Collaborate with frontend developers and DevOps engineers to ensure seamless integration and deployment.
  
  
• Apply best practices in backend architecture, performance optimization, and security.
  
  
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  
  

Skills & Experience:
Required Experience:

• 3–5 years of backend development experience.
  
  
• Proven experience working withOptimizely CMSor other enterprise CMS platforms (nice to have)
• Strong hands-on experience with.NET Core 6+andC#.
  
  
• Experience working withAzure servicesin production environments.
  
  

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in developing and maintainingRESTful APIs.
• Experience withAzure Web Apps,Azure B2C,Azure Functions, andMicrosoft Entra ID (nice to have)
• Familiarity withEntity Framework Coreand SQL database optimization (nice to have)
• Understanding of backend architectural patterns such asMVC,DDD (very must have) andCQRSis a plus.
  
  
• Experience withCI/CD pipelines, preferably usingGitHub Actions (nice to have)
• Experience with GIT
  
  

Additional Valued Skills:

• Knowledge ofweb application security best practices.
  
  
• Familiarity withmonitoring toolslike Application Insights.
  
  
• Experience withunit testingandstatic code analysistools.
  
  
• Exposure tomicroservices architectureis a plus.

• Strong problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach.
  
  
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
  
  
• Excellent collaboration and self-management skills.
