Responsibilities
- Design and produce visual content, including display ads, email graphics, social media assets, campaign landing pages, presentations, and print collateral.
- Apply brand guidelines and design systems to ensure visual consistency and compliance across all formats.
- Deliver production-ready assets, incorporating feedback from senior designers and marketing leads.
- Ensure visuals meet accessibility standards and align with brand and legal compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with creative leads and offshore teams to manage a high volume of deliverables under tight timelines.
- Own the end-to-end process of developing social-first creative concepts—including carousels, reels, animated stories, and interactive posts—for platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Deliver motion-based content using tools like After Effects, Premiere Pro, or equivalents to create short-form videos, cinemagraphs, and animated explainers.
- Translate stakeholder input and business objectives into strategic visual direction and creative briefs.
- Develop and pitch creative proposals proactively that align with campaign strategies and audience insights.
Must-have Skills
- 2–3 years of experience in visual design with a strong portfolio covering social media campaigns, motion graphics, and brand storytelling.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, or related field .
- Advanced English proficiency (B2+).
- Strong conceptual thinking and a track record of developing autonomous creative ideas for social campaigns.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and motion tools such as After Effects or Premiere Pro .
- Familiarity with digital, print, and editorial formats.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow templates and style guides.
- Basic understanding of accessibility and inclusive design principles .
- Organized, reliable, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.
- Understanding of platform-specific trends, formats, and best practices for digital and social media.
Nice-to-have
- AI Tooling Proficiency: Leverage one or more AI tools to optimize and augment day-to-day work, including drafting, analysis, research, or process automation.
Provide recommendations on effective AI use and identify opportunities to streamline workflows.
- Experience collaborating with marketing strategists, content creators, and performance marketing teams.
- Familiarity with content management platforms (e.g., AEM).
- Familiarity with collaborative design platforms (e.g., Figma).
- Experience in highly regulated industries (financial, pharma, legal).
- Understanding of marketing workflows and collaborative review cycles.
- Interest in brand governance and production quality assurance.
