About the Role
A fast-growing premium beverage startup in the U.S. is seeking a detail-oriented and creative Virtual Assistant to support its sales and marketing team.
This role will start as part-time with the potential to continue long-term based on performance and business needs.
Position Overview
The Virtual Marketing Assistant will focus on customizing and editing PowerPoint sales presentations for different client segments (such as hotels, gyms, and retail partners).
The ideal candidate is highly proficient in PowerPoint, works efficiently under tight deadlines, and communicates clearly in English.
Responsibilities
Customize and edit sales presentations to match specific client requirements and branding.
Incorporate logos, images, and client-specific content into existing templates.
Ensure same-day or under-24-hour turnaround for presentation requests.
Manage a daily volume of approximately 1–3 presentations (1–2 hours of work per day on average).
Coordinate directly with the client's marketing team to receive feedback and implement revisions.
Maintain organized files and ensure brand consistency across all materials.
Qualifications
Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and experience creating professional, client-ready presentations.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work quickly and accurately.
Reliable internet connection and availability to work during U.S. Eastern Time (Miami) business hours for communication and project turnaround.
Schedule & Trial Period
Part-time, flexible schedule averaging 1–2 hours per day.
Initial test project to assess speed and quality of work.
One-month trial period to evaluate ongoing performance and fit.
