Job Title: Video Editor & Content Production Specialist

Location: Remote — Latin America

About the Role


We're seeking a skilled Video Editor & Content Production Specialist to transform raw video content into engaging, high-quality social media videos and supporting design assets.

You'll work closely with our marketing team to create authentic, platform-native content that drives engagement and conversions across TikTok, Instagram, Amazon, and Shopify.


This is a remote post-production focused role where you'll take raw footage from content creators and internal team members and elevate it into polished, professional content that maintains an organic, authentic feel.

Key Responsibilities


Video Editing & Post-Production



  • Edit raw video footage into polished, engaging 30-90 second videos for TikTok, Instagram, and other social platforms

  • Enhance video quality through color correction, audio improvement, and smooth transitions

  • Create 3-4 finished (average one-minute) videos per day from raw footage with efficient workflow management

  • Add text overlays, captions, and graphics that feel native to each platform

  • Maintain authentic, organic editing style that avoids cheesy, overly promotional aesthetics and is UGC styled


Content Enhancement & Quality Improvement



  • Transform basic raw footage into professional, engaging content that significantly improves upon original quality

  • Optimize videos for platform-specific requirements and algorithm performance

  • Enhance audio quality, pacing, and visual appeal while maintaining authentic feel

  • Create engaging thumbnails and preview content for video posts


Graphic Design & Social Media Assets



  • Design social media posts, stories, and supporting graphics that complement video content

  • Create cohesive visual branding across multiple pet product brands

  • Develop templates and design systems for consistent content creation

  • Edit and composite product photos with stock imagery for listing and social use


Collaboration & Workflow Management



  • Work closely with marketing team to execute content strategy and brand vision

  • Provide input on content improvements and optimization opportunities

  • Maintain organized file management and version control systems

  • Meet daily content delivery deadlines with consistent quality standards


Required Qualifications


Technical Skills



  • 2-4 years of professional video editing experience

  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro for professional video editing or other similiar tool

  • Strong skills in Adobe Photoshop for photo editing and compositing

  • Experience with Adobe After Effects for motion graphics and enhanced visual elements

  • Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator or Canva Pro for graphic design work

  • Understanding of video optimization for social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook)


Content Creation Expertise



  • Proven track record of improving raw footage quality through post-production techniques

  • Experience creating social media content that performs well organically

  • Understanding of platform-specific content requirements and best practices

  • Portfolio demonstrating authentic, engaging video content (no overly promotional or infomercial style work)

  • Ability to work efficiently: completing 3-4 one-minute videos daily from raw footage
