You will lead and optimize delivery processes, scale operations, and manage complex client relationships, ensuring alignment with MAS’s growth objectives.

By combining technical expertise with a commercially minded approach, you will help position MAS as a trusted partner for software engineering, cloud, data, and AI solutions, particularly within financial services and compliance-intensive industries.

Maximize team utilization while maintaining high levels of motivation and client satisfaction.

Drive delivery of measurable success stories and ensure effective execution of contract spend.

Collaborate with finance to align revenue forecasts with backlog and ensure financial targets are met.

Continuously evaluate and improve operational efficiencies across staffing, SOWs, and outcome-based or fixed-price engagements.

Implement scalable processes and tools to support growth while driving efficiency across nearshore and offshore delivery models.

Client Satisfaction and Relationship Management Build and sustain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are consistently met or exceeded.

Foster a culture of client value obsession where teams are constantly identifying opportunities to maximize value and grow accounts.

Support client growth with a focus on achieving 10%+ year-over-year account expansion.

Proactively develop relationships with clients to position MAS and the delivery team as trusted partners, seeking referrals and success stories.

Anticipate client needs by leveraging team’s on-the-ground knowledge and market or industry insights.

Lead client onboarding processes to ensure seamless transitions and integration into MAS’s delivery framework.

Serve as a trusted partner and escalation point for resolving delivery challenges, fostering long-term client retention.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, particularly for financial services clients, maintaining alignment with industry standards.

Team Leadership and Talent Development Lead and inspire high-performing engineering and delivery teams, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration.

Develop and execute career development plans to attract, retain, and grow top technical talent.

Manage the talent pool to align with commercial opportunities and upskilling initiatives while optimizing for cost efficiency.

Work with talent teams to balance employee and contractor resources, ensuring technical excellence while meeting gross margin objectives.

Drive team utilization and performance through effective resource management and coaching.

Build scalable career pathways, mentorship programs, and performance evaluation frameworks to ensure team growth and satisfaction.

Strategic Planning and Client Growth Proactively identify growth opportunities within existing accounts to drive additional client value and expand MAS’s footprint.

Collaborate with sales, finance, and account management teams to ensure delivery excellence aligns with revenue and profitability goals.

Actively contribute to shaping MAS Global’s offerings by identifying trends, client feedback, and opportunities for improvement in delivery processes.

Industry Domain Expertise and Commercial Acumen Combine operational insight with a commercially minded approach to optimize delivery outcomes and ensure client satisfaction.

Work closely with sales teams to craft winning proposals, build credibility with clients, and highlight delivery methodologies and execution capabilities.

Participate in building delivery teams and creating estimates to ensure alignment between delivery capabilities and sales proposals, setting teams up for success.

Use industry expertise to deliver high-value solutions and actionable insights to clients.

Ensure profitability across complex contract types, including staffing, SOWs, outcome-based, and fixed-price engagements.

Balance client satisfaction with operational and financial performance metrics to drive sustained growth and excellence.

Proven success in managing complex client relationships across various contract types, including staffing, SOWs, outcome-based, and fixed-price models.

Expertise in scaling delivery operations for midsize IT services companies, with a focus on efficiency, utilization, and client retention.

Experience working with financial services clients and deep understanding of compliance requirements within regulated industries.

Demonstrated ability to implement and optimize delivery processes that support high-quality outcomes and operational scalability.

Strong track record of leading high-performing teams, with experience in talent development, career progression, and retention.

Advanced English proficiency; bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
