Role and Location
As a Lead User Interface Designer , you will play a key role within our team.
We are looking for someone with a strong aesthetic sensibility, strategic thinking, and a digital-first mindset to design visual assets that communicate clearly, evoke emotion, and maintain brand consistency across different channels.
This is a hybrid position in Guadalajara.
Key Responsibilities
- Create visual compositions and integrate content into visual proposals.
- Translate briefs into compelling visual concepts.
- Develop visuals that deliver a clear message.
- Transform strategic concepts into impactful visual solutions.
- Ensure visual consistency in colors, style, and brand composition.
- Integrate visual effects, transitions, motion typography, and visual rhythm according to brand guidelines.
- Ability to design both static assets and animated or video elements.
- Strong typographic, color theory, and visual composition skills.
- Visual storytelling with a focus on information hierarchy.
- High attention to detail, organizational skills, and file/deliverable management.
- Experience with visual composition, illustration, and color grading.
- Strong creative thinking, concept development, and narrative design abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
- Time management skills to meet deadlines and prioritize according to team goals.
- Advanced proficiency in design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects).
- Understanding of digital product design (layouts, visual systems, interaction, responsive design).
- Ability to align business needs, market analysis, and technical feasibility to design user-centered and business-driven experiences.
- Capable of explaining design decisions clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.
- Aware of market trends and consumer preferences in the banking sector.
Must-have Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Animation, Design, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience as a Visual Designer, Digital Graphic Designer, or similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of digital graphic work.
- Experience designing for campaigns and content across platforms such as social media, apps, and websites.
- Knowledge of user-centered design principles.
- Experience collaborating with product, marketing, or content teams preferred.
