We are Foolproof, a product design specialist working closely with Indigo Slate, a Seattle based Marketing powerhouse with deep expertise in marketing for technology brands.

About the Role

We’re looking for a hands-on UI/Product Designer who loves bringing ideas to life in Figma.

You’ll work closely with our product and client teams to translate existing platforms, flows, and concepts into polished, intuitive design mockups that help partners visualize their solutions.

This role is ideal for someone who’s detail-oriented, strong in visual and interaction design, and comfortable working within established UX patterns and design systems.

Essential Requirements
+ Location: Based in Colombia and authorized to work there.
+ Language: Fluent English (spoken & written).

Must present and explain work in English.
+ Portfolio and Resume: In English, with clear case studies and visuals.

+ Experience: 3–5 years in UI/Product/Visual Design with strong Figma skills.

+ Industry Work: Must show B2C projects in finance, insurance, or retail.

What You’ll Do

+ Create high-fidelity designs and user flows in Figma for client-facing implementations.

+ Apply existing UX structures to new client contexts — adapting rather than reinventing.

+ Ensure designs are visually consistent, usable, and aligned with brand and product guidelines.

+ Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and senior designers to deliver clear and thoughtful design assets.

+ Contribute to maintaining and evolving the design system and component library.

What You’ll Bring

+ 3–5 years of experience as a Product, UI, or Visual Designer.

+ Strong skills in Figma — components, auto-layout, prototyping, and documentation.

+ A solid grasp of visual design fundamentals (typography, color, hierarchy, spacing).

+ Understanding of UX principles and ability to apply them, even if not leading UX strategy.

+ Comfort working within existing UX frameworks or design systems.
