trilingual Customer Service Agents
(English & Canadian French – C1 level) to join our team and create memorable experiences for every customer interaction.
Responsibilities
- Provide
multichannel support
(calls, chats, and emails) - Assist with
order tracking

machine activation
,
technical issues
,
refunds
, and
subscription management - Identify upselling opportunities for relevant products and services (no cold calling)

What Do We Offer?
- Work Schedule:
42 hours per week – 2 days off – Fixed shifts available between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. - Employment Contract:
You'll be hired from the start of training (100% paid) under a permanent contract.
- Total Monthly Compensation:
Up to
$4,000,000 COP (Base salary + Bonuses).

What you need
- Live in
Bogotá - C1 level
in both
English and Canadian French
(spoken, written, and listening) - At least 1 year of experience
in Customer Service, Sales, Retentions, or Collections in a BPO/Contact Center - Previous experience handling
calls, emails, and chats - Full-time availability
