    Responsabilidades Principales

    Identificar, desarrollar y mantener relaciones comerciales sólidas con clientes estratégicos que generen valor y rentabilidad para el hotel.

    Gestionar y expandir cuentas clave, garantizando el cumplimiento de los objetivos de ventas y presupuesto establecidos.

    Negociar, estructurar y formalizar contratos de grupos y cuentas corporativas, alineados con los estándares de la marca.

    Diseñar y ejecutar estrategias de ventas integradas con los planes globales de Marketing y Ventas de Four Seasons.

  • Perfil y Competencias

    Profesional titulado en Mercadeo, Administración de Empresas, Hotelería o áreas afines.

    Experiencia mínima de 4 años en cargos similares dentro del sector hotelero de lujo o industrias relacionadas.

    Dominio avanzado del inglés (oral y escrito).

    Requisito indispensable: contar con Visa vigente que permita viajes internacionales relacionados con la gestión comercial.

    Sólidas habilidades en negociación, comunicación efectiva y construcción de relaciones de largo plazo.

    Manejo avanzado de herramientas tecnológicas: Opera, Delphi, Excel, Word y PowerPoint.

    Orientación al detalle, pensamiento estratégico y enfoque en la excelencia del servicio.

    Capacidad para actuar con profesionalismo, rapidez y criterio ante situaciones de seguridad o emergencia.

    Presencia impecable y actitud alineada con los valores y filosofía Four Seasons.

    Representar la propiedad en eventos, ferias y reuniones comerciales, promoviendo activamente la marca y sus servicios.

    Realizar visitas de inspección y presentaciones personalizadas que resalten el valor diferencial de la propiedad.
