Job title:
Main responsibilities:
Collaborate with functional teams including SGR, Legal, E&BI, and all Sanofi US Business Units to support execution of operational/submission plan using project management skills to track all deliverables to ensure alignment with deadlines.
Manage and ensure completion of routine submissions according to defined requirements and timelines.
Assess laws and support development of standards and processes to drive delivery of requirements.
Manage the creationauthoring of relevant Business Rules and other guidance/process documents in collaboration with Legal, US Transparency, E&BI and other teams as required.
Implement training, change management, and process improvement plans to drive stakeholder compliance.
Create clear, concise communications that are relevant and appropriate for target audiences.
Ensure that direction and guidance can be operationalized by recipient team.
Maintain intranet web page and SharePoint with links to relevant documents,
Ensure audit-readiness by archiving relevant data and documentation.
Maintain industry knowledge to anticipate and impacts from new laws.
Stay current on evolving trends within the state law implementation process and Sanofi reporting to support alignment with all regulations.
Support continuous improvement activities, standardization and automation to ensure operational excellence for deliverable tracking, compliance, and reporting.
Identify and escalate risks to supervisor.
Experience:
Working knowledge of pharmaceutical business, especially product development life cycle, product pricing and pharmaceutical sales representative roles and activities
Experience with US government regulations preferred.
Experience with understanding legal, regulatory or compliance risk.
Experience working on a team in a matrix environment managing multiple deliverables.
Experience with process simplification and automation preferred.
Experience with project management

Ability to read legal documents and determine/communicate impact on business.
Strong critical thinking skills
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to forge and maintain cross-functional relationships.
Ability to work independently to drive problem solving and process improvement.
Ability to collaborate effectively and work across multiple areas, when members of the work team are not direct reports.

Ability to think strategically and provide insights on opportunities and impacts for the business.
Ability to identify and work with different business stakeholders to collaborate effectively and work across multiple areas to drive completion of requirements by state mandated deadlines.
SharePoint ownership and maintenance
Excel – complex spread sheet development, maintenance and automation
Strong Power Point skills with ability to present relevant content in a concise, visually clear format.
Strong data analytic skills, including preforming quality reviews.
Knowledge of Power BI, Qlik Sense
Education:
Languages: Advanced English in Mandatory.
