Resumen del rol

Worldpanel está buscando un/a formador/a de equipo talentoso/a y apasionado/a para unirse a nuestro equipo en Colombia.

En este puesto reportás al Director del Centro Regional de Operaciones (ROC) en Latam y contribuirás a lograr y mantener la precisión de las tareas del equipo en áreas de conocimiento específicas; actuando como enlace principal entre el equipo y los mercados locales, asegurando una entrega de servicio excepcional y fomentando relaciones sólidas con los stakeholders.

Tendrás un papel clave en la capacitación, verificación de la precisión de los resultados del equipo y establecimiento de acciones para reforzar el conocimiento y alcanzar los objetivos de precisión.

Serás el vínculo con los equipos de experiencia de mercado para definir y comunicar al equipo de Colombia cualquier cambio o nuevo requerimiento en la ejecución de tareas.

Resultados clave / Responsabilidades:

  • Ser el enlace con el equipo de expertos del mercado local para recibir información sobre cambios y nuevos conocimientos para la ejecución de tareas, acordar objetivos de calidad y apoyar las transiciones del mercado local al equipo de Colombia, asegurando entregas puntuales con mínima disrupción.

  • Gestionar los KPIs de calidad de desempeño de las tareas ejecutadas por los miembros del equipo, analizar los resultados y brindar retroalimentación individual.

  • Gestionar las escalaciones de manera oportuna con análisis de causa raíz y medidas preventivas.

  • Definir y ejecutar acciones de capacitación, incluyendo coaching para alcanzar los objetivos de precisión.

  • Motivar al equipo en el aprendizaje, brindando apoyo y todo el conocimiento necesario para alcanzar los objetivos de calidad.

  • Entregar informes de desempeño periódicos con insights accionables.

  • Gestionar transiciones y migraciones de mercados locales al equipo de Colombia.

Requisitos clave:

  • Fuertes habilidades interpersonales y de construcción de relaciones, con capacidad para mantener vínculos sólidos con stakeholders clave.

  • Detallista y capaz de trabajar de forma independiente.

  • Título universitario en Administración, Ingeniería o campos relacionados.

  • Capacidad para realizar cálculos matemáticos básicos y análisis de datos.

  • Habilidad para resolver problemas y experiencia con métricas de desempeño.

  • Inglés B2 o superior
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal para interactuar con audiencias diversas.

  • Experiencia con Microsoft Excel intermedio - avanzado (por ejemplo, fórmulas avanzadas, tablas dinámicas).

  • Experiencia laboral en investigación de mercados o en el sector de bienes de consumo masivo (FMCG) será un plus.
