Purpose
Responsible for executing data analysis related to SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and SAP Payroll, including monitoring data replication for accuracy, and supporting data quality assurance and control.
Ensures all activities comply with the Bank's policies and procedures.
Accountabilities
- Foster a customer-focused culture to strengthen client relationships and leverage broader Bank systems and knowledge.
- Create and analyze replication error reports, assign issues for resolution, and monitor data quality, providing recommendations when necessary.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies before payroll processing; escalate issues promptly when needed.
- Maintain Time & Attendance systems (WorkForce, SAP), updating information as required.
- Assist with ad-hoc or bi-weekly audits; respond to inquiries and information requests promptly.
- Ensure all Time & Attendance data processing complies with policies and regulations.
- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements to enhance efficiency and data quality.
- Ensure data accuracy between SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and SAP Payroll; escalate issues as needed.
- Consider the Bank’s risk appetite and culture in daily activities and decisions.
- Promote effective operations and maintain robust business controls to meet operational, compliance, AML/ATF, and conduct risk obligations.
- Lead a high-performance team by fostering an inclusive environment, communicating vision and strategy, and managing succession and development plans.

Dimensions
- Ensure data integrity.
- Support systems: WorkForce Software, SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central replication.
- Meet and establish SLAs.
- Maintain business continuity, ensuring coverage 5 days/week.
Education / Experience
- English Level B2+
- At least 1 year of experience in transaction processing, data management, and quality.
- Post-secondary Degree or Diploma in a related field or awaiting graduation.
- Deep understanding of Bank policies and procedures.
- Knowledge of Time & Attendance and Payroll policies and processes.
- Advanced Excel skills; proficient in PowerPoint and Word.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
Working Conditions
Standard office environment; non-standard hours may occur.
