**Position overview**



Goals / % of Time



**Test Planning and Execution**

Develop, execute, and maintain detailed test plans, cases, and scripts to verify system functionality, integration, and performance.

**Test Automation Build and Maintenance**

Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts in line with existing framework and methodogy ensuring we have a thorough regression coverage.

**Defect Management and Troubleshooting**

Identify, document, and track defects through to resolution.

Collaborate with developers and support teams to analyze root causes and verify fixes

**Requirements Analysis and Collaboration**

Work with business analysts, developers, and end-users to understand requirements, clarify acceptance criteria, and ensure comprehensive test coverage

**Test Documentation and Reporting**

Document test results, prepare test summary reports, and maintain traceability matrices to ensure compliance and support audits.

**Key responsibilities** **and authority**



+ Utilise a test automation Framework to drive efficiencies and value

+ Designs and writes tests cognizant of the risk of the change

+ Execute test cases under varying circumstances both manual and automated.

+ Document and evaluates test results.

+ Detect, log, and report program bugs and errors

+ Investigate and identify likely problem causes in software.

+ Track defects and resolution timescales to enable tests to be re-planned and repeated

+ Ongoing review of test procedures to improve value.

+ Partners with Engineers to drive Quality Assurance.

+ Work with software developers to determine solutions.

+ Participate in Agile Ceremonies.



**Key requirements**



+ Experience in project management and QA approaches.

+ Advance knowledge of automation tools such as Selenium (or playwright), Appium (used for mobile testing), Serenity BDD, Playwright.

(Cucumber)

+ Working knowledge of programming languages, such as Java.

+ Working Knowledge of MS Dynamics CRM or other major CRM solutions (nice to have)

+ Mathematical aptitude and strong problem-solving skills.

+ Excellent organisational and time management skills.

+ Accuracy and attention to detail.

+ Familiarity with agile frameworks.

+ Error documentation and debugging.

+ Test management software experience.

+ Interest in AI regarding testing practices.



**Education/ Qualifications**



+ Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
