The Opportunity
We're currently on the lookout for a talented Test Analyst with extensive experience to work in our
development team in delivering amazing outcomes for our clients.
You will be responsible for leading the testing for our US client and creating and implementing a strategy for quality coordination and testing as well as identifying quality problems and suggesting short and long term solutions.

Key Function
The Test Analyst is responsible for the creation and management of internal and customer facing test plans for projects that require it.
They will also be responsible for detailed testing/reviewing of
documents, content and systems developed using different technologies and delivered across
multiple devices.
The Test Analyst should have great communication skills and be able to work
closely with delivery team members, ensuring all issues are documented correctly in JIRA and clearly communicated to both the project managers and developers.
They should also be aware of different testing procedures and be able to guide the team in QA process improvements.
- Manage the bugs/issues using JIRA.
Collaborate with all parties to ensure adherence to the testing process, participate in the Agile process, and ensure that a high-quality product can be delivered at a competitive cost.
- Conduct detailed testing/reviewing of documents, content and systems developed using different technologies and delivered across multiple devices.
- Act a point of escalation for projects and team members with poor performance
- Help to refine Orchard's development and project management processes, ensuring that work is delivered on-time and to a high quality
- Work closely with project teams, early in the development lifecycle, to assess, scope and document project testing requirements.
- Create and manage the internal and customer test plans for projects that require it. Report back to project teams, both PM and technical teams, effectively with the results of project test phases.
- Use JIRA to create, allocate and manage the statuses of bugs.
- Manage time effectively between the creation of test plans, definition of testing requirements and conducting test phases of systems, content, or documentation.
- Work closely with the technical team to define automated testing requirements and manage the resources for the implementation of these tests.
- Attend daily stand-up meetings with the delivery team.

What you can bring
- At least 5 years of experience in testing, ensuring processes are well defined, documented and adhered to.
- Solid knowledge of industry testing best practices including functionality, usability, CMS, EDMs and documentation testing.
- Solid understanding of development methodologies such as Agile/Scrum and iterative waterfall, and how the QA process fits into these processes.
