Role Description

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to provide effective support to the Human Resources and Administrative departments, contributing to the smooth running of internal and external operations.

Facilitate administrative management and ensure smooth communication with internal and external clients in Spanish and English.

  • The candidate must live in Bogotá.

  • This is a temporary position for four (4) months to fulfill a maternity leave of the current Assistant.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in the preparation of reports and presentations.

  • Perform administrative tasks, such as document management and the preparation of reports.

  • Collaborate in the organization of internal and external events.

  • Write and translate internal and external communications in Spanish and English.

  • Manage emails, calls, and correspondence in both languages.

  • Collaborate in the creation of content for social media and other platforms.

  • Archiving functions: Maintain efficient electronic and physical filing systems.

  • Classify and file documents in an organized and accessible manner.

  • Assist in the implementation of document management practices.

Requirements

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

  • Social and emotional awareness to tailor interactions for individual customers.

  • Ability to collaborate well with other team members.

  • Analytical and data‑driven.

  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment while managing multiple tasks.

Key Requirements

  • A diploma/degree in Business management, human resources, industrial engineering, or a similar field.

  • A solid prior experience in a similar role.

  • Solid knowledge in the use of office tools (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, etc.).

  • Detail‑oriented and thrive in dynamic and fast‑paced working environments.

  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.

  • English spoken and written B2.
