Open English, líder global en enseñanza de inglés online, te está buscando.

Buscamos Aprendices Técnicos o Tecnólogos en Ventas, Call Center, o Mercadeo para que inicien su contrato de aprendizaje con nosotros y se proyecten al rol de asesor comercial.

Funciones principales

  • Perfilamiento Telefónico (Inbound)
  • Realizar llamadas siguiendo scripts predefinidos para ventas o servicio.

  • Brindar información clara y precisa a leads.

  • Diagnosticar necesidades del cliente con preguntas estratégicas.

Conocimiento del Producto

  • Dominar el portafolio de Open English Adulto.

  • Manejar objeciones comunes promoviendo beneficios de la plataforma.

Proyección como Asesor

  • Ser evaluado constantemente por desempeño, calidad y actitud.

  • Participar en capacitaciones y simulaciones de ventas.

  • Oportunidad de avanzar al rol de asesor según desempeño.
