Buscamos personal para desempeñarse en el cargo de TECNICO DE SOPORTE quien se encargara del Satisfacer las necesidades de Informática y telecomunicaciones del resto de las áreas que conforman el conjunto de la compañía.

Responsabilidades

  • Soporte a usuarios de la red de los supermercados y distribuidoras
  • Soporte y mantenimiento de equipos de cómputo y periféricos
  • Resolver problemas de aplicativos utilizados por los usuarios
  • Cotizar las mejores opciones de software y hardware según requerimiento
  • Soporte en otras unidades de Negocio del Grupo Empresarial
  • Presentar informes Semanales de la Gestión
  • Atender los requerimientos de los usuarios de la Red y de la ERP de la compañía y solucionar las diferentes

situaciones que se presenten y enviar solicitudes al proveedor del ERP en caso de se necesario.

  • Efectuar soporte y mantenimiento preventivo a los equipos de cómputo ubicados en las diferentes unidades de negocio de la empresa.

  • Así como también las impresoras y demás periféricos, Detectando posibles fallas y corregirlas a tiempo.

Y demás funciones asignadas.

Conocimientos Específicos: Conocimientos de sistemas operativos , en redes y conectividad, en herramientas de soporte (GLPI - HELD DESK) manejo en seguridad informática y buenas prácticas.

Conocimiento en Windows Server, manejo de Base de Datos Sql Server, Administración de equipos de RED.

Capacidad para documentar y buena comunicación registrar incidentes de soporte, tener habilidades básicas en administración de sistemas.

Experiencia: Mínima 12 meses

Horario: Lunes a Viernes: 08:00 am a 12:00 pm - 2:00 pm a 6:00 pm / Sábado: 8:00 am a 12:00 am

Salario: $ Auxilio de transporte+ Auxilio de movilizacion $ Indicador $100.000
