Job description

+ Atender todas las llamadas recibidas por las líneas de soporte y registrar todas las solicitudes para la gestión de los servicios, dando soporte telefónico de primer nivel ofreciendo calidad en el servicio prestado
+ Hacer seguimiento y gestión a las solicitudes asignadas diariamente y que estén registras en el sistema de información de gestión de solicitudes
+ Informar a los usuarios continuamente sobre el estado y la gestión de su solicitud, con el objetivo de asegurar calidad en el servicio
+ (trazabilidad en los servicios) • Dar solución oportuna a las solicitudes de soporte tecnológico, de acuerdo con el nivel de autonomía y conocimiento, procurando al máximo el cumplimiento de los acuerdos de niveles de servicio establecidos
+ De no poder cumplirlos, informar oportunamente para retroalimentar al usuario acerca de las causas que pueden ocasionar demoras en la atención de su solicitud
+ Registrar en el sistema de información para la gestión de las solicitudes toda la gestión, actividades realizadas, el servicio prestado y el soporte realizado a los requerimientos generados por los usuarios
+ Cumplir con el SLA corporativo establecido para la gestión de las solicitudes del área de tecnología
+ Garantizar la información por medio de backup de los usuarios a los cuales se les realice algún tipo de mantenimiento que ponga en riesgo la información almacenada en su equipo de cómputo
+ Así mismo el traslado de la información que se indique por parte del usuario cuando es un cambio de equipo
+ Configurar y brindar soporte a dispositivos y servicios móviles corporativos
+ Así mismo, mantener el inventario actualizado de los mismos y apoyar en el registro de inventario de equipos de cómputo
+ Ejecutar las actividades designadas correspondientes a actualizaciones masivas en PC’s
+ Brindar soporte a los usuarios sobre las herramientas, aplicaciones y soluciones entregadas por el área de sistemas y que actualmente se encuentren en productivo.: Ejemplo (Correo Electrónico, Mensajería Instantánea, Suite de Ofimática, Sistema de Registro Médico, Sistema de Gestión Documental, Sistema de Registro Biométrico, Sistema de Facturación, y demás herramientas facilitadoras para los procesos de la compañía.) Así mismo Soporte técnico de 1er nivel en los procesos de reporte de información a las diferentes entidades del estado y aseguradoras
+ Instalar y configurar las aplicaciones en productivo en los equipos nuevos u operativos para los centros de operación de la compañía
+ Asegurar en el momento de realizar un soporte la actualización del sistema operativo y software de oficina a nivel de parches que garanticen su funcionamiento, de igual manera verificar la instalación y actualización del software antivirus
+ Asesorar, apoyar y/o capacitar a los usuarios sobre la utilización y los procedimientos a seguir para el óptimo funcionamiento de los equipos de cómputo y las herramientas dadas para hacer su trabajo
+ Eficiencia: (# Solicitudes Cerradas <= SLA / Total Solicitudes Cerradas) *100% >=90% • Seguimiento: (# Solicitudes Abiertas > SLA / Total Solicitudes Abiertas) *100% Meta
