Buscamos un Técnico de soporte que quiera aprender y transformar su carrera.

En esta función tendrás que:

  • Solucionar los requerimientos de Primer Nivel (básicos) de los usuarios de las Aplicaciones Corporativas de Caracol TV, entendiendo como Primer Nivel las solicitudes que contengan las siguientes características:
    • Errores de acceso a la Aplicación.

    • Errores de instalación de Aplicaciones.

    • Claves de usuario erradas.

    • Claves de usuario vencidas.

    • Errores de operación de las Aplicaciones, en lo que tiene que ver con la funcionalidad básica tales como: opciones del menú desconocidas, error en la impresión de reportes habituales.

    • Escalar errores de segundo y tercer nivel y nuevas solicitudes hacia los Ingenieros de Caracol TV.

    • Escalar problemas hacia Gestor de Incidentes o Coordinador de servicio.

    • Identificar usuarios nuevos o que requieren capacitación en una Aplicación Corporativa y escalarlo al Ingeniero de Aplicaciones correspondiente.

    • Registrar solicitudes de servicio en el Microsoft Service Manager, relacionadas con soporte de Aplicaciones.

    • Actualizar Base de datos de Conocimiento en cuanto a los errores reportados y solucionados.

    • Actualizar los Manuales de Instalación de las Aplicaciones Corporativas.

Ideal si cuentas con:

Técnico o Tecnólogo en computación graduados de un Institución de Educación Superior conocida en el medio y que cuenten con la certificación ITIL vigente.

Y mucho mejor si destacas por:

3 años en: soporte y atención a usuarios, equipos (PCs, MACs, Smartphone) y software de Ofimática asociado (Microsoft y MAC).

Horario: Turnos rotativos de lunes a domingo de 6 AM a 8 PM dando cumplimiento a la cantidad de horas semanal
