FUNCTIONS

Misión del PuestoBrindar un servicio de soporte técnico de calidad con el fin de satisfacer al cliente mediante la comprensión desde la primera comunicación del cliente a la compañia como operador , hasta las acciones pertinentes para la resolución de la misma en tiempo y forma establecidas por el departamento, ofreciendo una experiencia satisfactoria completa.

Fomentar el cross selling: Aprovechar la oportunidad de gestión de peticiones y/o incidencias para ofrecer el portfolio de la empresa, servicios y/o productos que aumentarán la satisfacción del entorno del cliente.

Responsabilidades y Tareas- Punto de escalado y priorización para incidencias de alta complejidad, asegurando el flujo continuo de información sobre los avances realizados.- Asesoramiento técnico al resto del equipo para la mejora continua de la solución instalada en cliente.- Atención al cliente vía teléfonica-Infoe y ticket-Kayako (Diaria).- Gestión avanzada de los tickets así como su categorización y documentación sobre la resolución de los mismos.- Monitorización de los diferentes paneles de alarmas para ejecutar acciones de aviso y revisión con otros departamentos de la compañía (Diaria)- Gestión directa con proveedores para incidencias y mantenimientos (Según necesidad)- Mantenimiento de repositorios de consulta tanto de procedimientos internos como de procedimientos de resolución de incidencias técnicas, herramienta Redmine (Según necesidad)- Mantenimiento de repositorios de consulta para el cliente, herramienta Wikimedia (Según necesidad)- Reporte directo de problemas en entorno o producción detectados por el técnico o reportados por el cliente.

Requisitos- Técnico Superior en Sistemas de Telecomunicaciones e Informáticos o equivalente- Inglés intermedio (lectura y escritura)- 4 años de experiencia en Administración de servidores en entornos Linux (excluyente)Administración de servicios en red; Web,correo, ftp, AD/DC,(excluyente)Administración de Base de datosPaneles de gestión de serviciosDominio de virtualizadores KVM y VMWare (excluyente) Deseable contar con las certificaciones / cursos- Certificación de Linux y Windows- Certificación Plesk/cPanel- Formación en servicios Apache, PHP, MySql, Postfix- Formación de Cloud, Backup, VPN y Firewall- Formación en routers Mikrotik/Cisco, Cloud Voice Contratación directa con la compañiaContrato a término indefinidoLunes a viernes 23:00hs a 7:00am100% remoto Sueldo fijo + bono por desempeño
